DragonPunch RC’s Take on the ’91 CC Worlds Buggy
Not your average RC10, and not your average reproduction! This chassis kit takes inspiration from the legendary ’91 CC Worlds buggy — built for performance, versatility, and authentic vintage racing style.
The main chassis is precision-cut from our premium 3.4 mm Satin Plain Weave Carbon Fiber, designed for strength, rigidity, and period-correct looks. It includes two different top deck options:
Narrow Top Deck with inline Inline shorty LiPo mount (carbon, 2.0 mm Satin PW) This is the top deck and Lipo mount pictures above.
Wide Top Deck with Transverse shorty LiPo mount (carbon, 2.5 mm Satin PW) This option allows for the battery to be mounted across the chassis but requires the top deck to be widened and is a very tight fit to the shell. The Viper and other wider shells are required for proper fitment.
This Satin Plain Weave Carbon Fiber delivers significantly greater durability compared to both the original vintage kit and carbon reproductions. The result is a setup that’s both lightweight and incredibly rigid. The chassis is pre-drilled to support multiple battery configurations — full-size, shorty, or transverse-mounted shorty packs — echoing the layout flexibility of our DPRC-RSX main chassis.

Compatibility Notes:
For kits using the wide top deck, we recommend the RC10 Viper body shell as it provides the greatest clearance and lowest fitment. While many shells will fit, our experience shows the Viper shell delivers the cleanest overall look.
