DPRC is happy to announce the release of our JRX Series A1003 Front Bulkhead. 
 
These are custom machined bulkheads from billet material, NOT 3D PRINTED, and as always, Made in the USA.


Available now in 4 precision-engineered configurations:
Reinforced Nylon Kit – Machined PA66+ composite bulkhead with DPRC elongate titanium hinge pins and a Carbon Fiber hinge pin brace.
7075 Aluminum – Hard anodized (black) CNC-machined bulkhead for unmatched strength and stiffness.
7075 Aluminum – Hard anodized (black) CNC-machined bulkhead + DPRC Standard Length Titanium Hinge Pins – Same as above, but paired with DPRC Ti hinge pins for racers looking for a little extra.
7075 Aluminum – Hard anodized (black) CNC-machined bulkhead + DPRC Elongated Length Titanium Hinge Pins – Same as above, but paired with DPRC Ti hinge elongated hinge pins and our Carbon Fiber Hinge Pin Brace for racers looking for the ultimate upgrade.

Beefed-Up Hinge Pin Support – Increased material in critical stress areas improves durability and longevity.
Integrated Set Screws – Now included in the hinge pin tunnels to lock pins securely in place.
Underside Weight Pockets – Cleanly integrated to allow for additional weight tuning without cluttering the chassis layout.
Front Hinge Pin Brace Compatibility.  The hinge pin brace is precision manufactured added stiffness and durability. Upgrade to our machined carbon fiber brace for extra bling and strength.
Optimized Geometry – We've revised the 8-32 screw angle and topside shoulders to work with DPRC and Composite Craft JRXPro SE double deck chassis kits.
