Our Big Bore Carbon Fiber Shock Towers are precision-machined in-house from premium 3mm satin plain weave carbon fiber. Each tower is specifically optimized for use with Team Associated 12mm or 13mm Big Bore shocks, delivering excellent fitment and performance on vintage RC10 platforms.
 
Offered in multiple front and rear design configurations, every version provides a significant strength upgrade over OEM shock towers while maintaining a clean, period-correct appearance. Rear tower options allow compatibility with AE B6 or B7 rear wing mounts and support both 27.5mm and select 31mm Big Bore shock configurations, depending on tower choice.
 
Front Shock Towers
All Big Bore front tower variations are elongated to properly accommodate modern AE 23mm Big Bore shocks. Each design offers the same optimized geometry, with differences in styling and reinforcement to suit individual preference and build style.
 
Rear Shock Towers
Our rear shock towers are available in five configurations, allowing you to choose the perfect setup based on shock length, wing mount preference, and tuning goals:
 
V2: Our original rear tower design. Intended for AE 27.5mm Big Bore shocks (or equivalent length). Features shock cap engraving clearance and is compatible with the AE B6 wing mount.
 
V3: Designed for AE 27.5mm Big Bore shocks (or equivalent). Includes shock cap engraving clearance, AE B6 wing mount compatibility, and support for our forward-facing body mount.
 
V3+1: Identical to the V3 design but with +1mm added height, providing an additional 1mm of up-travel for increased suspension tuning flexibility.
 
V4: Designed for AE 27.5mm Big Bore shocks (or equivalent). Features shock cap engraving relief areas, AE B7 wing mount compatibility, and compatibility with our forward-facing body mount.
 
V5: Designed for the new RC10T7 rear Big Bore shocks (31mm body / 29mm shaft) while retaining the overall height of the original RC10 rear shock tower. Features shock cap engraving clearance, AE B6 wing mount compatibility, and support for our forward-facing body mount.
